4. Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.  

 

5. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.  

 

6. Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

8. Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at anytime by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to info@redsentinelit.com or (231) 244-4055.  After unsubscribing, we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.  

 

9. Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Red Sentinel IT LLC will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers.

Use of Information

We use personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information for trend analysis, pattern detection, and site administration. We do not use personally identifiable information collected from the website to send unsolicited mailings to you. However, if applicable, we do use personally identifiable information to perform the services for which such data was collected (e.g., if you sign up for an email newsletter, we will send the newsletter to the address you provide).
